3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, photography, and ingredients. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with handcrafted and artisan items. Some products in our curated gift boxes are sourced from small-batch vendors, and in the event that a specific item is out of stock, a suitable replacement of equal or greater value will be made.

Some products sold by The Page & Leaf are made in a home kitchen under the Arkansas Cottage Food Law (Ark. Code Ann. § 20-57-101 et seq.) and are not subject to state food safety inspection. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept this.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We accept all payment methods available at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped within the United States only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates.

7. Returns & Refunds

All food product sales are final. Non-food items may be returned under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Cottage Food Acknowledgment

By purchasing cottage food products from The Page & Leaf, you acknowledge that these products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state food safety inspection, and that you are purchasing with full knowledge of this under the Arkansas Cottage Food Law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, branding, and product descriptions — is the property of The Page & Leaf LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Page & Leaf LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
